Prima is pleased to announce that subsequent to the news release of December 23, 2008 regarding the U.S. Marine Corps Camp Pendleton project, thermal imaging data has been released that confirms the heat load reduction benefits of Envirocoatings Ceramic Insulcoat product with Cerylium.  The test data compares the project building before and after having the Ceramic Insulcoat applied.  The first thermal scan was done in August 2008 at an outside air temperature of 84 degrees Fahrenheit and it was compared with a thermal scan done after the product was applied with similar weather conditions in August 2009, when the outside air temperature was 97 degrees Fahrenheit.

In this final thermal scan, the measurement points on the building exterior and interior showed a decrease in temperatures from the original thermal scan.  Temperatures measured by thermal imaging data on the building exterior ranged from 0 to 10 degrees Fahrenheit lower or around  0%-4%.  Temperatures measured by thermal imaging data on the building interior ranged from 8 to 11 degrees Fahrenheit lower or around 6%-10%.  These results were observed while the outside air temperature had increased 13 degrees Fahrenheit or 15% warmer.

Management is pleased with the report which confirms the many customer testimonies of the products ability to offer a thermal barrier shield to buildings and to save energy.
